I visited Stockholm last year during a family trip. My office sponsored this trip on a yearly basis, and this time we had chosen Stockholm as our destination. I had heard a lot about this place. This enhanced my curiosity to visit this beautiful destination. We had a list of destinations to visit, but our search completed on Stockholm. Stockholm is the largest city and capital of Sweden. The city has humid continental climate, summers are usually hot, and winter found snowy.
After deciding this place for vacation, our first step was to buy airlines tickets well in advance. Though the trip was sponsored by company, yet the booking section was my duty. First of all I made a list of all the leading Flights to Stockholm like Air France and then I gathered information about their Flight Deals.
As the trip was official and the budget was pre-decided by our company so it had to be well within the budget allocated. I decided to buy low fare tickets with the needed facilities. This is a monumental city with different districts containing sightseeing, restaurant, nightlife and much more things to enjoy. From the airport, we move directly towards hotel which was booked by us in advance. Same day, we took a rest in the hotel and enjoyed the beauty and ambiance of the hotel, and as soon as we entered our hotel, we have taken the list of places to be visited. Next day we started the trip. We hired a guide who took us to all the popular places of the city. The very first we visited City Hall; the beauty of this hall was stunning. Next we move to Dronttningholm Palace, This was the residence of the royal family. The day was a little bit hectic, yet we enjoyed both places.
Apart from these places we visit some more fascinating places of the city such as Vasa Museums, Lars Bohman galleries etc. During this trip, we enjoyed the boat tour. This was an ultimate experience, and we totally enjoyed the trip.
